Please allow 15 business days for processing. Emergency Estoppel Letter requests can be made by calling Tom Roegiers, Treasurer, at (561) 445-9178 and will be completed in 48 hours, for the fee of $350 (payable in advance). Also, there is an additional $150 if there are any delinquent due’s in addition to the dues.
