BOARD MEETINGS

Board Meetings are held the second Monday of the month (except for June, July and August) at 7:30 PM, at the home of a Board Member. All homeowners are invited to attend monthly Board meetings and perhaps become a member or volunteer to serve on a committee. We welcome your attendance and assistance! For the location of our next meeting please see the "scroll" at the top of the Home Page or send an e-mail to and we will notify you of the address at which the meeting will be held.


DUES

The Association dues are $139.00 per year for standard size lot. They are billed in October, payable in November and cover the period: November 1 through October 31.


INSURANCE

The Association maintains liability insurance on the common property and a liability policy on the Board of Directors.


CRIME WATCH

Call 368-6201 (non-emergency) to report any suspicious activity in the neighborhood.


Estoppel Letters

Estoppel letter requests are $150 each (paid in advance) and should be mailed to:

Please allow 15 business days for processing. Emergency Estoppel Letter requests can be made by calling Tom Roegiers , Treasurer, at 561-445-9178 and will be completed in 48 hours, for the fee of $200 (payable in advance).
