Boat & RV Storage

BOAT & RV Storage: The Camino Lakes Homeowners Association (HOA) strongly recommends that you do NOT store boats (or any watercraft) on your property, unless you can place the boat in your garage. The HOA’s Rules state that no commercial-type vehicles, motor homes, trailers, boats, or storage pods shall be visibly stored or parked in the subdivision except service vehicles working at the residence.
Some residents have hidden their boats behind fences, where they cannot be seen. This is acceptable. Do not assume that boats you see in the neighborhood are complying with HOA rules because, unfortunately, the HOA is involved in legal proceedings against current violators. Storing your boat at a commercial boat storage facility is the best option. The same rules apply to recreational vehicles. Unless they can be stored in your garage, they cannot be kept on your property.
